Michelle Hamm

Focus: DNA damage, repair, and mutagenesis. Specifically, the bioactivity of 8-oxo-2’-deoxyguanosine, one of the most common types of damage in mammalian cells. I use both biochemical and organic synthesis techniques in my lab.
