Study Abroad
University of Richmond students—particularly those in the sciences—are encouraged to conduct research or independent study with an international focus. Richmond offers 75 study abroad programs in 30 countries, many of which offer the possibility of a strong research component. Programs are available during the academic year and over the summer.

The Office of International Education is open Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Advisors hold walk-in hours on Monday through Thursday from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m. or by appointment.
